Can you handle all aspects of my marketing program?
While we focus on the visual strategy and event production in-house, we have strategic partners who we bring in to client projects to provide public relations, ghostwriting, and web design and development.
What are the benefits of working with a event designer?
When you work with an event designer, you have a single point of contact where all design and planning decisions are made for your event. This partnership reduces redundancies in time, energy, and funds. It also gives you the opportunity to have an event designed just for you or your company, with fresh ideas and an eye to all of the details.
Doesn't it add a lot of cost to the event to have a designer?
At Celebrate we do not add a commission to the services we render on your behalf; we are paid purely for our consulting time and for any design elements that we create and implement such as invitations, floral décor, favors, etc. We pass on to you any discounts we receive from our vendors. We also take a "solutions approach" to all aspects of your event and are constantly looking for ways to save you time, money and energy so you can enjoy all aspects of your event.
Do you handle destination events?
Yes! With a little travel and a heavy use of technology there are no boundaries as to where we can produce events. We can handle events throughout New England including Cape Cod, Newport, the Berkshires, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, the Boston area, and across the country.
What types of events do you handle?
At Celebrate, we focus our energies on corporate celebrations. As a result, we handle fund- raisers, galas, award events and holiday parties. And while we don't plan and produce meetings, seminars and tradeshows, we do ready our clients for these types of events with promotional strategies and exhibit and collateral design.
If I decide to work with you, where do we start?
We first start with a complimentary consultation at your location of choice so we can best understand the vision, goals, budget, and schedules for your marketing venture. Once we have gathered all of this information, we provide you with a proposal of our suggested services for your approval. We partner with you to create packages that meet your specific needs and to deliver a host of marketing, promotion, and event production services either on a project basis or on an ongoing retainer.
