Event Design & Consulting:
Our goal is simple: to work with your nonprofit to design memorable events and sponsorship programs that raise awareness, raise money, raise the bar, acknowledge donors…or that do whatever your objective is.
Your association, professional organization, or foundation feels like your baby. It’s a labor of love, the work is never ever “done”, and it needs a lot of TLC. We get this. And we can help.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sets you apart from other event planning and association management companies?
We don’t just plan events, we drive financial success. Our biggest successes have come from working as an integrated team member within our clients’ organizations. We get in the trenches, we roll up our sleeves, we listen to your objectives and we push back when needed. Our goal is simple: to work with your nonprofit to design memorable events and programs that raise awareness, raise money, raise the bar, acknowledge donors…or that do whatever your objective is.
Do you work exclusively with nonprofits and associations?
Over the past 15 years, Celebrate has worked with a wide variety of client types from professional services firms, to professional organizations, to restaurant/retailers, to nonprofits. We’ve loved our work with all of them, and we continue to work with some of our corporate clients that have been with us for years. But we currently focus only on nonprofits and associations. You know why? Because we find the work most rewarding!
Why would I need an association manager?
Your association, professional organization or foundation feels like your baby, doesn’t it? It’s a labor of love, the work is never ever “done”, and it needs a lot of TLC. We get this. We also understand that so many of these wonderful organizations are staffed primarily by volunteers. This is why we offer our association management services: our goal is to take away the routine work so that you and your volunteers have more time to concentrate on growing, building, strategizing…and breathing a little more easily! We have staffing available for full service management or just a few specific tasks. We also scale our management to the size of your organization because we know one size does not fit all. Doesn't it add a lot of cost to the event to have a designer?
One thing that makes Celebrate truly different from other Boston event planning companies is that we operate purely on a project rate/professional fee. We do not mark up any of our services or the products needed for services (i.e. entertainment, décor, rentals, vendors, etc.). Any discounts we receive from our vendors for things like repeat business or volume work, we pass on to YOU. Because at the end of the day, we believe it’s all about your event, your professional organization, your nonprofit.
Do you handle onsite coordination?
In most cases, our clients have great volunteer corps. Lots of hands that need guidance. That’s where we come in. We prep, train and coach the volunteers to manage the onsite operations. In cases when the client would still like a bit more peace of mind…yes, we can be the boots on the ground!
Do you only work with local nonprofits?
Absolutely not! With the dawn of technology, we can provide our services virtually through the internet, email, video conferencing, etc. So there are no boundaries to where we can pitch in and add value!
What types of events do you handle?
Since our work is centered around nonprofits, we typically do galas, golf tournaments, holiday events, donor/sponsor recognition and other fundraising activities. We can also assist with other fundraising/development activities that are not tied to a specific event like corporate sponsorship and donor drives.
If I decide to work with you, where do we start?
We first start with a complimentary consultation via phone so we can best understand the vision, goals, budget, and schedules for your venture(s). I will gladly spend up to an hour with you and you can pick my brain and ask any questions you have. Once we have gathered all of this information, and you would like to receive pricing, we provide you with a proposal of our suggested services for your approval. We partner with you to create packages that meet your specific needs on a project basis or on an ongoing retainer. Upon approval of the proposal, the design process and the fun begins!
